This is a high quality professional gun applicator for use with standard 500/750ml gun grade canisters. Manufactured by Soudal, this gun is designed for use with expanding foam used in the sealing of cavities, common when mounting and fitting windows, door frames, roofing etc.

Cleaner for Polyurethane Foam
A high strength, universal solvent cleaner that will remove PU foam from applicator guns.
Soudal GUN FOAM CLEANER contains an environmentally safe propellant, which complies with the latest EU-regulations banning all CFCpropellants. Development and manufacture of our products is subject to an approved quality assurance system according to ISO 9001/EN 29001.
Uses
GUN FOAM CLEANER for applicator guns removes and dissolves fresh, uncured PU-foam. The can is fitted with an adapter ring which screws on to the gun. For use without the gun, the can is fitted with a spray head. This dual function meets the requirements of the professional user. The cleaner can's standard-thread adapter fits all commonly used guns. Thorough cleaning of the internal gun mechanism is enhanced by the pressure the propellant exerts. The active ingredients of GUN FOAM CLEANER are consistent with the materials used in the manufacture of PU foam applicator guns. Frequent use of GUN FOAM CLEANER maintains them in good working order.

Soudafoam Gun is a one-component, selfexpanding, ready to use polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adaptor head for use with a foam applicator gun. It contains CFC-free propellants, which are completely harmless to the ozone layer.

Application areas:

Packaging:
Aerosol can 750mL
Shelf life:
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Always store can with the valve pointed upwards
Application:
Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Fit the gun on the adapter. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. Fill holes and cavities for 65 %, as the foam will expand. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Foamcleaner or acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically. Working temperature 5°C to 35°C. (20°C-25°C recommended)
Health and safety recommendation:
Apply the usual industrial hygiene.
Wear gloves and safety goggles.
Remove cured foam by mechanical means only, never burn away
